Villa Kenza welcomes you to an incredible moment of relaxation. This charming villa, elegantly decorated and furnished, offers four suites with floor and ceiling hot/cold air conditioning and independent bathrooms designed for your well-being in a comfortable and cosy atmosphere (one suite with bath & shower, three suites with shower). Each bathroom is equipped with towels, a magnifying mirror and a hairdryer. A large living room with a television and a SONOS sound system, a lounge with fireplace, and a dining room are at your disposal. The Wifi network covers all the rooms as well as the swimming pool, the terrace and the gazebo. All the suites provide a satellite television.

Booking conditions for private villa in Marrakech
Minimum stay in villa
4 nights. (If less than 4 nights, the price is increased by 30% to prices displayed). Preference rent from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.

An amount of 40%, corresponding to the deposit will be requested within 15 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance of the stay must be paid 45 days before arrival.
MPR SAS reserves the right to cancel the booking if the total amount of the reservation of the stay would not be able to MPR SAS 45 days before arrival. Payments are made either by credit card via the secure site MARRAKECH PRIVATE RESORT or by bank transfer to MPR SAS or any other person or entity designated by MPR SAS.
Upon arrival at the time specified in the reservation, the Client shall submit its Booking Form and its identification.
The Client will pay a security deposit of € 3,000 in order to guarantee the fulfillment of his obligations within the framework of the rental of an exclusive villa. This deposit is taken in the form of a check handed over when the client arrives at the place of stay. It can also be taken in cash or by credit card.
This security deposit will be returned to the tenant no later than fifteen days following the end of the stay, the host reserving the right to deduct from the sum concerned the estimated amount of the repair of any breakage and possible damage.
In the event of prior authorization on the bank card, the sums due, if applicable, to the Owner will be debited directly by MPR SAS from the Customer’s credit card.
In the event of breakage, damage or abnormal wear and tear on the furniture, various objects or equipment, the replacement cost will be invoiced to the customer. In the event of damage to property, the garden or technical equipment, the cost of repairing it will be charged to the customer.
Reservation cancellations must be sent by email to MPR SAS (email@example.com). The date taken into account in determining the amount of the cancellation or change fees that will apply when MPR SAS has knowledge of the client’s decision to cancel the reservation.
The cancellation policy applicable are those posted on the website during the booking and sent by e-mail with the booking confirmation. A letter will be sent recorded delivery MPR SAS to confirm the cancellation.
In the event that the Customer does not inform MPR SAS of a cancellation and does not appear on the agreed date, and for whatever reason, the rental price will remain, in any case and in its entirety, acquired from MPR SAS. In the event of an early departure or delayed arrival of the Customer of his rental, for whatever reason, the Customer may not request a reduction in the rental price which will remain, in its entirety, acquired by MPR SAS.
Pandemics do not give the right to cancellation and refund of the rental. Only the closure of the borders of Morocco or the client’s resident country authorizes the cancellation of the stay and its refund.

More than 60 days: 20% of rental price
From 60 to 45 days: 40% of rental price.
Less than 45 days: 100% of rental price
In the event that the Customer does not notify MPR SAS canceled and would not be present at the agreed time, and for whatever reason, the rental price will, in any event and its entirety acquired MPR SAS. In case of early departure the client’s lease, for any reason whatsoever, the Customer may request a reduction of the rental price will remain in its entirety, acquired MPR SAS.
Use of Villas and B & Bs by Customer
The Customer expressly agrees to peacefully use of the property and / or the room available to him and go to the state in which he has received.
The villas and cottages in riad offered on the site Private Resort Marrakech is exclusively for a residential use or private tourist resort. Any business or professional or prohibited by Moroccan laws is strictly prohibited activity at the place of residence and its surroundings throughout the stay including, in particular, receptions of any kind, film shoots and shooting sessions.
The Customer will be personally liable vis-à-vis MPR SAS and third of all harmful consequences caused by his own act and the people brought into the house or guest room.
The finding by a representative of MPR SAS of any activity or behavior not in accordance with Moroccan law and these terms and conditions at the place of stay or adjacent to result in immediate cancellation of the contract without notice and without prejudice to the Customer and expulsion of the villa or guest room.
MPR SAS reserves the right to visit the villas at any time, the customer can not oppose it.
MPR SAS shall in no case and no way be responsible for any theft or damage to property of any criminal act or assault which the Customer may be the perpetrator or victim in the house or guest room.
The Customer may not assign the lease or sublet the unit.
Occupancy of a rental
Each room or property available to rent is characterized by a maximum number of persons permitted to occupy.
Unless otherwise agreed MPR SAS, the number of people expected may be exceeded and the provision of additional beds by the Customer is not allowed. Similarly, it is forbidden to set up tents on the property, have it park caravans or install any type of shelters or temporary housing.
Customers require to report MPR SAS or any person representing MPR SAS, all people they would invite to the day before their arrival. The full identity of the guests will be required and will be verified. MPR SAS or his representative shall be entitled to refuse entry to any guest without having to justify, even in the event that acceptance would have been obtained previously.
